By accessing or using the TourShield website (the "Site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

TourShield is an elite security and hospitality protection initiative offered in partnership with the Malaysian Budget and Business Hotel Association (Persatuan Hotel Bajet dan Bisnes Malaysia). The Site provides information about our packages and allows hotel operators to register interest in becoming a partner.

Package details, pricing, coverage limits, and benefits shown on the Site are for general information only. Insurance benefits described as underwritten by Chubb are subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions in the Chubb policy wording and schedule of benefits. In the event of any discrepancy, the underwriter's policy documents prevail.

When you submit the partner registration form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to submit it on behalf of the hotel you represent. Submitting the form is an expression of interest and does not create a binding agreement; a separate partnership agreement will be entered into if we proceed.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authorisation.

All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and layouts, is owned by or licensed to TourShield and its partners. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Site without prior written permission.

The Site may reference or link to documents from third parties, including Chubb policy documents. TourShield is not responsible for the content of third-party materials, and those materials are governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TourShield disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TourShield and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
